Your organisation Organisation name What kind of organisation are you? Funders check this first. Where are you based? Town or suburb, and council area, e.g. Manurewa, Auckland. Many funders only give in areas near their venues. Are you affiliated to a regional or national body? e.g. Netball Counties Manukau. Leave blank if not. What type of request? How much are you asking for? (NZD) Project title a few words When will the project happen? e.g. March to November 2027 What will the money pay for? Describe the project in a sentence or two. Then list the costs below. Cost lines One line per item, with the cost from a quote or your best estimate. Your budget is built only from these, so leave nothing out.

Is your organisation GST registered? This decides whether your budget shows amounts with or without GST.

Your community story Who do you serve, and what need does this meet? Numbers: roughly how many people do you reach? Any results you are proud of? Assessors read numbers before prose. Two partners or supporters who would sign a letter of support names or organisations Grants you have won before funder and year, roughly Anything else we should know?

Your organisation is always the applicant and submits in its own name. We never log into funder portals and we never handle grant money.
