Proof you can check, not promises

  • We hold the funder's actual questions

Every priced fund on our shelf shows how many questions we answer, because we have the real form in front of us.

  • You submit, under your own login

Your organisation is the applicant of record on every application. We never log into a funder portal and never handle grant money.

  • Not fit to submit? We fix it free

The fee pays for the drafting. If the pack we hand you is not ready to go to the funder, we put it right at no charge.

We never promise you will win, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Funders decide, every round is contested, and part-funding is common.

Not sure which fund fits your organisation?

Answer a few quick questions. We verify your organisation against the live Charities Register and match you to the funds you are actually eligible for.

THE PACK

Every order is a complete 5-piece pack

Funders do not just want answers, they want evidence. So every application arrives with all five pieces, every time.

The application

Every question answered in your organisation's words, matched to the funder's own criteria.

The budget

Your costs laid out in the format that fund expects, line by line.

The impact statement

Your organisation's story as proof of impact, written the way assessors want to read it.

The support letters

Two letter templates addressed to the partners you name, ready for them to sign.

The 12-month calendar

Every fund your organisation can go for over the next year, with its close date.

Drafted and checked, with you within 3 working days of your answers. You review the whole pack, sign the declaration, and send it to the funder yourself. Your organisation is always the applicant. And when your pack is ready, you get the ding.

THE FUNDS

The funds we write for

Every fund here has a price because we hold its real application form. The rest of the calendar is listed without one.

Three we can prepare right now, out of 48 funds we track. Not sure which fits? Find my funds is free.

We re-check every fund and every close date each week. See the live funding calendar, or tell us about your organisation and we will send you the ones you can actually apply for.
THE RULES

Is this allowed? Yes.

Fair question. Grant scams are real, so here is exactly where we stand with the funders.

We never promise you will win, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We do the work that gives your organisation its best possible shot.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The questions everyone asks first

If you are weighing this up for a committee, these are the ones they will ask you.

Could we not just write it ourselves?

You can, and some organisations do it well. The reason most do not is time: a Pub Charity application asks 72 questions and wants vendor quotes attached. That is a weekend of committee time, every round. We do the drafting so your people spend their hours on the work the grant is for.

Is paying someone to prepare an application even allowed?

Yes. Paying a fixed, pre-agreed fee for help preparing an application is expressly permitted by the funders themselves. What is not allowed is paying someone a share of the grant. We never do that, and you should be wary of anyone who offers it.

What happens if the application is declined?

You keep the entire pack and reuse it on the next fund, and you are not charged again. The fee pays for the drafting, not the outcome, so it is not refunded when a funder says no. If the pack itself is not fit to submit, we fix it free.

Do you guarantee we will get the money?

No, and nobody honestly can. Funders decide, every round is contested, and part-funding is common. Anyone promising you a grant is either guessing or selling you something.

We do not know which fund to go for.

That is what the free fund match is for. Tell us about your organisation and what you need, we check you against the funds we track, and we come back with the ones you are actually eligible for. No charge and no obligation to order anything.

Who submits it, you or us?

You do, always. Your organisation is the applicant of record, you sign the declaration, and you submit through the funder's own portal under your own login. We never log in as you and we never ask for your funder password.

How long does it take?

About 20 minutes of your time to answer the intake questions. Your completed pack is back with you within three working days. If anything you have told us is unclear, we email you within one working day rather than guess.

Can we cancel a Ready Members membership?

Any time. It runs month to month, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Packs you have already ordered are unaffected. Full detail is in the terms.

THE PRICE

From $149 an application. Or $49 a month.

Every fund asks for a different amount of work, so every fund has its own price. A 15-question Lottery application is not a 72-question Pub Charity application, and we stopped pretending it was.

  • Essential $149 Lottery Community
  • Standard $249 Grassroots Trust
  • Major $349 Four Winds, NZCT
  • Flagship $449 Pub Charity

Ready Members pay $49 a month and get two application packs each month at member price, then half price on anything further that month.

Lottery Community grants $5,000 to $30,000
What the pack costs $149

Published grant range on the funder's own page. We do not decide what you are awarded, and the fee is the same either way.

The fee pays for the drafting, not the outcome. If a fund says no you are not refunded, but you keep your whole pack to reuse on the next fund. If the pack itself is not fit to submit, we fix it free. No success fees, ever, and the fee never comes out of your grant money.

What you get, and what you pay

One fee per application, including GST, paid up front by card. $149, $249, $349 or $449 depending on the fund, shown on every fund card before you buy. Ready Members is $49 a month. No success fee and no commission, ever.

Your organisation is always the applicant and submits in its own name. The grant is paid directly to you and we never handle the money. Nobody can guarantee a grant and we do not.
